BOYS        GIRLS
  • Black blazer with school badge & coloured House braid
  • Black traditional tailored trousers
  • White traditional shirt
  • School tie with logo
  • Sensible black shoes (NOT boots, trainers or canvas shoes)
  • Plain black socks
  • Optional : plain black V-neck jumper (NOT sweatshirt material or hoodies)
  • Apron for Technology subjects.

  • Black bespoke trousers
  • White revered school blouse
  • Sensible  black shoes (NOT boots, trainers, open backed or canvas shoes)
  • Black tights or black socks
  • Optional: plain black V-neck jumper (NOT sweatshirt material or hoodies)
  • Apron for Technology subjects

It is advisable that all items of clothing are clearly labelled and PE kit embroidered with student’s initials.

No jewellery, except a watch, is permitted in school.  Piercings, make-up, false nails and nail varnish are not to be worn.

Outer coats should not be worn inside the school building.  Trainers are only acceptable for PE.  Caps, hoodies and denim jackets are not allowed on school premises.

Additional Clothing: Learners who wear additional clothing to their school uniform for religious or ethnic reasons must ensure this complies with the school’s requirements concerning colour (navy blue or black).

  • Castlebrook royal blue and gold hoop reversible rugby shirt (optional)

  • Plain solid training shoes
  • Football boots (optional)
  • Bespoke Castlebrook white polo shirt with school logo
  • Castlebrook royal blue sweatshirt
  • Royal blue P.E. shorts
  • Royal blue P.E. socks
  • Plain solid training shoes

No jewellery or make-up is to be worn except a watch. If outer coats are worn then they should be  plain black or blue and must not be worn inside the school building.  Hoodies, leather or denim jackets are not allowed and will be confiscated for collection by parents. 

Hairstyles

Hairstyles and colours should be such that they do not produce adverse comment from staff, other pupils or the general public or do not represent a health and safety risk.  The Academy Principal is the final arbitrator on what is acceptable.
